If your health care provider already exists, you will not be able log in the Health Care Connect. This connect system will recommend you to physicians and nurses if you are new in the country or if you have not registered yourself with any health care provider.
You can either contact via telephone or register yourself online where in they will ask for your details. Once you register a care connector (a nurse) will assist you to get your health provider in your area. The main person to whom you will connect is your care connector who will give you information about the contacts to be made by you.
Health care Connect helps you but cannot guarantee that you will get a health provider.
