Heart Disease Cause

Cause of coronary heart disease

Are you aware about all possible cause of coronary heart disease? Well, today everyone wishes every joy and happiness of the world in their lives. And to avail this, they try out all possible ways without giving a second thought about their health. Amongst all health problems, it’s our heart that suffers everyday against the small and large health problems and mental pressure. Though there are many heart disease causes but this increasing pressure is one of the heart disease causes. Let us know what the other heart disease cause so that we can take some preventive measures on the controllable factors at least.

Heart disease is not a single disease, but a complex of diseases of varied etiology. It is also known as Coronary heart disease. Some of the recognized causes of coronary heart disease include damage to the heart muscle or valves due to a congenital defect; or to inflammation and damage associated with various viral, bacterial, fungal, and parasitic diseases.

Common cause of coronary heart disease:

  1. Obesity and Overweight. This is almost known now that extra weight leads to increased cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, and an increased risk of coronary artery disease. Obesity increases your chances of developing other risk factors for heart disease, especially high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, and diabetes.
  2. Smoking: You must be wondering, does smoking cause heart attack? You are aware that smoking affects your lungs but let me tell you that smoking cause heart disease as well. Researches have shown that smoking increases heart rate, tightens major arteries, and can create irregularities in the timing of heartbeats, all of which make your heart work harder. Smoking also raises blood pressure, which increases the risk of stroke in people who already have high blood pressure.
  3. Stress. Stress is considered to be a contributing risk factor for heart disease. The effects of emotional stress, behavior habits, and socioeconomic status on the risk of heart disease and heart attack have not been proven. That is because we all deal with stress differently: how much and in what way stress affects us can vary from person to person.

So just take care of these and Have A Healthy Heart!

But this is not the way to go about it, it is important to have heart disease info.

In this article I have tried to give you as much info about heart disease as possible. Heart disease is nothing but a cluster of a number of problems affecting the heart and the blood vessels in the heart. Types of heart disease include:

Coronary artery disease (CAD): This is one of the most common types of heart disease and is the leading cause of heart attacks. Arteries become hard and narrow in this situation and blood has a hard time to get to the heart, so the heart does not get all the blood it needs. CAD can lead you to Angina and Heart attack.

Heart failure: This is the situation when the heart is not able to pump blood throughout the body as it should. And the other organs, which normally get blood from the heart, do not get enough blood to work. It does not mean that the heart stops working.  You might feel shortness of breath, swelling, extreme tiredness etc. these are the symptoms of heart attack.

Heart arrhythmias: These are nothing but the changes in the beat of the heart. Most people might feel dizzy, faint, out of breath or had chest pains at one time. These changes in heartbeat are harmless for most people. As you get older, you are more likely to have arrhythmias.

If you have proper info about heart disease and all the heart disease information you at least can prevent the situation to get worst.

Heart disease treatments range from low-tech to high-tech. there are four ways to treat your heart problem: Self-Care at Home, Medical Treatment, Medications, and Surgery.
